Login issues

  • Confirm email + password exactly
  • Reset password from login screen if needed
  • Check if account was created under a different email alias

Email changes

Use Account settings inside the app. If blocked, contact support from both old and new email addresses.

Delete account

Delete from app settings or request via support. Deletion requests require account email verification.

Security note

Never share credentials. Support will never ask for your raw password.
