Zenith provides fitness logging, streak and consistency features, support tools, and optional premium analysis modules.

Core logging and daily consistency workflows are available in the free experience. Premium adds deeper analysis layers.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenith.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through platform app stores.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the store where you purchased. Zenith reflects entitlement state but does not process card payments directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to Zenith systems.

You also agree not to use Zenith in ways that violate law or third-party rights.

6. Health and safety notice

Zenith is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult qualified professionals for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.

7. Intellectual property

Zenith name, branding, app design, and software are protected by applicable law. You keep ownership of your personal logs and content.

8. Termination

You may stop using Zenith at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious misuse or legal violations.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Zenith is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zenith is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and publishing the revised terms on this page.
