Restore purchases

  • Open Zenith > Subscription settings
  • Tap Restore purchases
  • Wait for entitlement refresh and relaunch app

Billing ownership

Subscriptions are managed by your platform store account. Zenith reflects the entitlement state returned by the store.

Missing entitlement after renewal

Check store receipt first, then contact support with purchase date and account email.

Refund questions

Refund policy is governed by the purchase platform. Support can help verify entitlement and purchase metadata.
