Troubleshooting

Most of the time it is one of a few things. Work through a checklist, then contact us if needed.

Flow A: GPS not tracking accurately

Confirm Location permission is set to While Using the App. Start outdoors and wait 20-30 seconds before moving. Disable Low Power Mode during active run tracking. If drift lasts over two minutes, end and restart the session.

Flow B: Subscription not recognized

Confirm the purchase is tied to the same Apple ID used on this device. In Zenith, open Subscription and tap Restore purchases. Close and reopen Zenith, then re-check entitlement. If still locked, capture purchase date and account email.

Flow C: Watch not syncing

Apple Watch support is available now. Garmin sync remains in development.

Confirm Bluetooth is on and companion app is running. Reopen Zenith on phone, then on watch, and wait 30 seconds. Check the last sync timestamp in wearable settings. Restart both devices if the sync queue is still stale.
